Why we built this
Getting the meeting was never the hard part.
For a decade, we built Carevoyance — the sales targeting platform the biggest names in medical devices used to figure out which hospitals to call, which surgeons to talk to, and which products to pitch.
Every customer told us a version of the same thing: “Getting the meeting isn't the hard part. It's everything that happens after the sale — the inventory, the case coordination, the billing.”
We watched what they meant. The case happens in the OR. The rep writes a charge sheet. Someone in the back office reads the handwriting, hunts the lot number, calls the rep to confirm a price, types it into the ERP, then waits 30 to 60 days for a PO to arrive and match. Reps were spending 72% of their week on coordination work that should never have touched them.
The fix wasn't a better targeting tool. It was closing the gap between what the field actually sends — photos, emails, texts — and what the back-office systems need to act on it. Same industry we spent a decade in. Same customers who trusted us before. New problem, and the one their team is actually carrying.
If the meeting was the hard part, we'd still be building Carevoyance.
2013
Founded Carevoyance
Anatoly and Daniel built a commercial targeting and sales enablement platform used by the largest medical device companies in the world.
2017
Founded PatientFinder
Expanded into physician & referral engagement analytics — acquired by Definitive Healthcare in 2019.
2024
Carevoyance acquired by Definitive Healthcare
After a decade powering medtech sales teams, Carevoyance was acquired by Definitive Healthcare (Nasdaq: DH).
2024
Deviceflow founded
Same team, new mission. The 72% of rep time that wasn't going to selling was going to coordination work the systems should have handled themselves.
The team
Getting life-saving treatments to patients requires a level of software sophistication that doesn't exist in our industry yet. We've made it our mission to build it.

Anatoly Geyfman
CEO
Built his first HIPAA-compliant system while still in high school. Founded Carevoyance and PatientFinder — both acquired by Definitive Healthcare. Before that, Chief Architect at Ambra Health, where he built the first FDA-cleared web-standards PACS. 10+ years building software for the medical device industry.

Daniel Imfeld
CTO
Co-founded Carevoyance and PatientFinder alongside Anatoly — both acquired by Definitive Healthcare. Built all backend data processing, search infrastructure, and machine learning systems across a 9-year run as CTO. Arista Networks and Green Hills Software.

Jason Katzer
VP of Engineering
Author of 'Learning Serverless' (O'Reilly Media). Previously led engineering teams at Ramp, Cure-X and other notable fintech & health companies. Brings deep experience in building scalable, high-reliability systems for industries where mistakes are expensive.
Why us
Most operations software is built by people who've never set foot in a hospital loading dock. We've spent a decade embedded with the teams who coordinate surgical cases, chase down inventory, and reconcile billing. We built Carevoyance and PatientFinder for this industry. Deviceflow is the next chapter of the same story — same relationships, same domain depth, new problem.
Why now
Two shifts made this possible. First, AI can now reliably extract structured data from photos, texts, and emails — the channels field reps actually use. Second, medical device companies are under more margin pressure than ever, and the old playbook of hiring more coordinators doesn't scale. The window to build the operating system for medtech commercial teams is open right now.
We'd rather show you than tell you
Start with a pilot. Pick a territory, use your real data, and see results in 30 days. No 6-month rollout. No risk.
Book a demoHuman oversight by design
Deviceflow automates the repetitive coordination work your team shouldn't be doing manually. When a decision matters — recall execution, compliance submissions, billing exceptions — the system routes it to your team for approval. Every automated action has a complete audit trail. No irreversible decisions happen without a human in the loop.
Validated for QMSR audits
Deviceflow ships with a full GAMP5 Category 4 validation package — URS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, requirements traceability matrix, supplier qualification, Part 11 access provisions, and tamper-evident audit-trail exports. Walk into your next QMSR inspection with the supplier documentation already prepared. Your quality team stays focused on the device, not on validating your ops stack.
